Before voice starts
A guardian gives separate consent. The learner sees that the tutor is automated and that voice is push-to-talk, not always listening.

During a session
Voice is processed for the live session by the configured provider. Text remains available so a learner can continue without a microphone.

After the session
Raw child audio is not stored. Provider terms must forbid training on child data before a production voice feature is enabled.
If this guidance conflicts with an approved policy or a named safeguarding instruction, the approved policy controls. Ask a trusted adult or use private support when unsure.
