Pause when you need to
Close the lesson or leave the practice screen. You do not need to finish a question or explain yourself to the tutor.

Tell a trusted adult
Show the screen to a parent, guardian, teacher or another adult you trust. Cendekia is not an emergency service and cannot replace a trusted human.

Report the response
Use the report route when it becomes available for a specific tutor message. Keep the report short and do not include private details that are not needed.
If this guidance conflicts with an approved policy or a named safeguarding instruction, the approved policy controls. Ask a trusted adult or use private support when unsure.
