What the tutor can do
The tutor can offer a hint, a simpler explanation or another example based on approved lesson material. It should help a learner understand one step at a time.

What the tutor cannot decide
AI does not authoritatively grade, write mastery, set billing, publish content or decide exam results. Deterministic product services own those transitions.

When a response is wrong
A learner or guardian should be able to report a specific tutor message. The report route must keep context minimised and connect to a named human review path.
