Account details, authorised family relationships and learning records may be used to provide the service. The exact fields, retention periods and hosting region must be set by the approved contract and notice.
What stays private by default
Student data is private by default. A parent-facing summary should show useful, understandable evidence rather than raw child responses, private tutor context or hidden identifiers.
Your rights and requests
Access, correction, export and deletion need a verified route. This design points to private support until the identity and retention decisions are approved.
